Dr. Merlinda Dalipi
Diversity shapes who I am – and how I work.
I work globally and across sectors as a coach, consultant, mediator, trainer, and education expert – bringing over 25 years of international experience at the intersection of academia, business, and education.
Experience and Vision I Training based on Scientific Research I Presence and Focus
I support organizations through training – with a focus on intercultural competence, expatriate training, conflict resolution, resilience, and fostering healthy workplace cultures.
I coach executives and employees, facilitate team development processes, and offer professional supervision and peer consulting.
For ten years, I worked as a department head, advisor, and project coordinator at the Welcome Center of the International Office at Humboldt University in Berlin. I also spent five years teaching at the University of Santiago de Compostela. In collaboration with various training institutions, I train coaches and facilitators, support PhD candidates throughout the different stages of their doctoral journey, develop training materials, and write books.
In my work – whether in groups or individual settings – it is always important to me that you feel safe, respected, and seen. I aim to create a protected space where you feel comfortable expressing your questions and uncertainties. I do not judge. I listen. I am fully present and focused.
